Returns and Exchange Policy


We at PISIKAL FITNESS strive to give you only quality products and excellent customer service. If you received our products with a manufacturing defect or damage due to courier handling, allow us to assist you with our EASY & CONVENIENT 4-STEP Exchange and Refund Policy:


All products you purchase from come with a 1-Month Limited Warranty. Please check our Limited Warranty guidelines by clicking here. If you think your case is qualified, you may continue with the steps below.


STEP 1: 

Contact us via our Social Media Account between 9 AM to 6 PM from Monday to Saturday and report that you received a defective or damaged product. Our friendly customer service representatives will assist you on the case validation. Please take note that the customer only has one (1) week to raise complaints regarding physical damage upon receipt of the order/s from our chosen courier. Physical damage complaints raised after one (1) week of delivery will not be covered by our exchange and refund policy.


STEP 2: 

If your case passes the initial validation of our customer care representative, you must return the defective item/s along with the original packaging to our PISIKAL FITNESS office. The customer must first shoulder the shipping cost of returning the defective product to PISIKAL FITNESS office or warehouse. If the warranty claim is valid, PISIKAL FITNESS will reimburse the amount shouldered by the customer for shipping. 

STEP 3: 

Once we receive the defective product, it will be inspected by one of our technicians to validate the factory defect. Your case will be in queue; please allow 24-48 hours for the inspection process.


STEP 4: 

If your warranty claim is deemed valid, we can offer you the following options for your convenience:


Option 1 - Unit Replacement: PISIKAL FITNESS will send you a replacement unit/s same as your original order and issue a refund for your shipping cost of sending the defective unit. Please provide a shipping receipt for reference. 


Option 2 - Refund: PISIKAL FITNESS will refund your order value (less initial shipping cost) along with your shipping cost of sending the defective unit if you are able to provide a shipping receipt.
